Refund policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly, so we cannot take them back the way a shop takes back a parcel. We still want you to be happy with what you bought.

When we refund

• The file will not open or download, and we cannot fix it for you.
• The file is not what the product page described.
• You bought the same product twice by mistake.

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued by our checkout partner to your original payment method.

Before you write

Most printing problems are fixed by choosing "Actual size" or "100%" in your printer settings and matching the paper size (US Letter or A4) to the file. We are glad to help with that too.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
